Made with pasteurized cow's milk and aged for two months, this cheese is tangy and creamy. The cheese weighs just under 2lb., it has a natural rind that is painted with a thin layer of wax.
Chanco is made by Agricola Pucuhuaico Dairy in Ibarra, Ecuador.
